Problem From CloudFlare

Good evening, I wanted to know one thing I have set up WAF rules on my cloudflare which makes sure to block attacks in L7 so everything that is normal except that a person is having fun at ddos my site while it doesn't have the ip of the vps nothing else I would like to know if you can help me?
