I have been dealing with this problem for six months now. I have been in an unending back and forth with the Valorant player support, and nothing they say works. It has come to a point where every second suggestion is them asking me to reinstall the fucking game or clean my registry, and I've done it like eight fucking times over twenty-seven days. The same copy-and-pasted bullshit. Does anyone know how to decrypt Valorant logs so I can read what program is causing VGC to turn off? It turns off every three minutes exactly, and I have been unable to find a solution for on and off for a fucking year now. This shit is getting ridiculous! The support team stopped responding to me fourteen days ago and just send me "we're getting the experts on this one" nothing gets this game to run past three minutes. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32 and show ss

Try this
1) Go to Settings for the Windows computer.
2) Click Time and language > Language and region > Administrative language settings > Change system locale.
3) In the Region Settings dialog, make sure that the Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support checkbox is selected. Click OK to save any changes.
4) Click Apply.
Next up, go to:
Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & time.
There click on sync now.
Now the game is giving me VAN -1 and has three times in a row
Open task manager
Then details
Close evry valorant,riot client and vanguard related apps/services
Open control panel
Uninstall programs
Uninstall riot vanguard
Open cmd as admin and type these commands:-
1) sc delete vgc
2)sc delete vgk
Navigate to ur C drive then program files and find vanguard folder and delete it.
Then open riot client and click update
Restart ur pc after the update.
VGC and VGK do not exist and the Riot Vanguard folder is now here to be found, well I guess that is the START of my issues

After a nearly a month of no response val support basically just said fuck it, reinstall windows.

Have you reinstalled then?
Not even sure if I should bother anymore, it has been like a year and no one knows how to fix my problem.
