The pic you posted is kind of useless for determining if the waist fits but you can judge that yourself
I think it looks totally fine
if they sit comfortably at your waist with no belt they're probably fine
from the pictures you've posted they could either do with a hem or a cuff depending on which you prefer
They might shrink in the hem tho
but it's possible the wash/dry will take care of things

That’s been my experience. Waist doesn’t change much but the hem shrinks to be the same as the tag size
