idk why i got capped my fps on val, all the time I got 60 stables fps all the time i restart the nvidia panel cause, I cap on GTA only but I restart it to default cause it capped too on valorant, but after all I still getting 60 stables idk what more to do

can you send the screenshot of your valorant settings?

Manage 3D settings > find max frame rate

I got it desactivated the max frame rate and the max fram rate to back apps
