The North Face Backpack

Hey, looking for a backpack by TNF for the following uses: - Mainly university (or College in the US). I'll be carrying a MacBook, water bottle, one or two books, often a jacket and typical accessories like keys and wallet - Longish walks (incl. the beach, public transport, etc) - No formal travel (I have a travel backpack specifically for that) ...with the following characteristics: - Lightweight - Unassuming - Not like a turtle's shell (I'm male, 5'9) Recon, borealis, vault, surge; do you swear by one or use one on a day-to-day basis? I'll be trying some in-person but looking for some general advice so I can narrow it down

20-25L bag capacity sounds fine. You may want a false bottom (raised laptop pouch) which reduces any chance of breakage if you drop your mac
