click on the little arrow thing at the bottom right of your screen
and right click on the red fist and press exit
and if riot vanguard is there to make sure to exit that as well
after you exit out of those you should be able to go to settings, installed apps, search for valorant and uninstall it
I dont even have valorant and riot vanguard i just installed a new windows
