Repurchased my domain on cloudflare and it asks me to update my nameservers
I had posted this in the email channel but then it was archived after and I never got a response so I'm trying again. I bought a domain in about 2021 with my ex to use for gmail and possibly one day to host a website. She cancelled autopay for it and it expired, so I re-bought it on cloudflare. It's been saying to update my nameservers since, but if the domain has been deleted from her account, and I can't change them on my account, what can I do? My email has been inactive for about 3 weeks now and I'm very frustrated since I can't send or receive anything. When I attempt to update them, it tells me I'm not allowed to overwrite name servers, but I can't delete them because I don't see them on the DNS records. I can give more context if it is useful, but I've asked multiple support forums and I'm getting more frustrated since its affecting my communications with school.

is there any other method of getting support on this issue? It's been about a month now and i'm just looking to swicth away from cloudflare at this rate
I guess theres nothing to do about it now but update- even though I repurchased my domain, someone else has repurchased it/ there is new ICANN/ whois information. Is it even worth trying to contact the new domain registrar to get it back now? I definitely dont want to go to cloudflare after all this mess but trying to use cloudflare got me to lose my domain/ email :(
I was also paying I believe for cloudlfare for a month or two yet couldnt actually do anything with my domain. Is there anything I can do about that?
registrar support is available for all plans, I recommend reaching out to them and asking this there. I don't think we can do much in this particular case.
