Type installed apps
Open and search for Nvidia
And delete everything related to nvidia

ok so metamorphosis told me to
- update nvidia
- update intel graphic (through the 2 links above)
- update/uninstall Start10 since the event viewer shows the problem is from that application
but it might be differs for you guys
