Carbonyl is more withdrawing than =NH which is more withdrawing that =N-CH3 So 1 is most acidic, 2 is least. Order flips for pKa. 2>3>1

2 is getting electron density from the connected methyl as well, so it doesn't withdraw as much from the double bond by resonance
