Proficiency Training Module

Type: Module/Macro Short Description: A downtime Module that works with Skill Tree to provide Half-Proficiency, Proficiency, and Expertise to Skills, Weapons, and Armor. As well as the ability for players to make checks for their proficiency training that grants skill points in the Skill Tree module. Long Description: I'm working on a homebrew set of rules that will allow my players the ability to have Half-Proficiency, Proficiency, and Expertise in their Skills, Weapons, and Armor. I'm currently using the Skill Tree module to track the players progression of training but am coming to a standstill when it comes to implementing the levels of proficiency to weapons and armor. In this commission I'm looking to gain the ability to grant the players the different levels of proficiency via items, since Skill Tree can grant them to the players automatically with how it currently works. I have been able to implement the weapons with proficient with the Item creation so far but do not see how I can add in the Half-Proficient and Expert boons (see the attached image). I'm running the 5e system and would like for this module to add an additional tab on the side of the character sheets where all of these features can be displayed and interacted with. This might be a separate ask but it is in relation to this homebrew set of rules. I'm also looking for some way to make it so that the players will need to make a check (skill or weapon) in order to be granted a skill point in the Skill Tree section. This might also be a continuous commission as I might want this to be an all around "Downtime Module Pack" for all of the wacky ideas that the players and I have in mind for our game. Budget: As for my budget, I'm looking at about $200-300 but am willing to negotiate.
