Does bazzite use steam flatpak by default? (gamescope not working)

I switched from fedora silverblue to bazzite using the rebase method. I ran into issues with gamescope and after submitting an issue, it seems like the problem is I'm using flatpak steam (double sandbox). It may be because most people probably install bazzite the normal way, but does bazzite use non flatpak steam by default? If not then what's wrong with my setup? Hardware information - Distro: Bazzite - CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 - GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 - Driver Version: 565.77 Software information - Desktop environment: Gnome - Session type: wayland - Gamescope version: gamescope version 3.15.9-23-gd317492+ (gcc 14.2.1) - Gamescope launch command(s): gamescope -- %command% I provide logs and such in the github issue. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/gamescope/issues/1721

Solution:
bazzite have steam layered, i assume you are using steam flatpak from your old image, you can try uninstalling that and using the included steam
