Unable to access support ticket
I opened Support ticket the other day, but now, anytime I try to access it through my dashboard, I get redirected to this page:

Please do not ping community members for non-moderation reasons. Doing so will not solve your issue faster and will make people less likely to want to help you.
☝🏼 I am unable to log in herethe support page you've linked tells you what to do you're still able to receive and send replies to your ticket via email, by responding to the initial ticket email you got after creation. To fix your access to the support dash, you need to follow the steps on https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/account-management-billing/cannot-locate-dashboard-account/
The email response I received only provided a link to view the reply, which I was unable to view, so the email only approach didn’t allow me to actually read the incoming message.
However, Cloudflare Support reached out to me separately and is helping me to resolve the issue. Thanks!
