DDOS but none are making it through?
I'm on cloudflare, and it doesn't look like any of the devices that are causing the DDOS are making it through, but the site is still being impacted. Why?

Do you see a bunch of entries in WAF showing DDOS protection?

Is it layer 7 DDOS rules?

Look at your WAF events and see the the reason for one of them
