So I was told once I reach level 10 I can claim a free agent I am now level 12 and I cant claim one

Now im sad
All the agents are free. You only get 2 tokens, then you need to use kingdom credits, which you get from playing.
ISnt it level 5 and 10 you get the free agent tokens?
Unsure, i thought it would say how close you were in the new agent event you get
