can we integrate outseta to twenty CRM?
Does Twenty CRM support integrating with Outseta for both user authentication (SSO) and user management - specifically, can we use Outseta as our primary user directory to sync user profiles, roles, and permissions into Twenty CRM?

No as Twenty doesn't have a permissions built in, they're working on it right now but it'll take some time, also, there's no SSO integration for Outseta, if you want, you can request for it by creating an issue on Github
