How to lower Jobs Reborn payout?

MONEY: 0.25
EXP: 1
POINTS: 1
This is what I have it set to right now and the payout stays the same. It only changes when I make it higher than 1.

It's been a while since I configured Jobs but you should double check that you're allowed to use decimal values for payout
