Bazzite ASUS ROG Strix audio problems

I am curious if anyone using an ROG Strix has had this problem and resolved the issue while in Bazzite? My speakers do not seem to work, however, the audio from my microphone IS picked up and it does seem to work with headphones. Obviously it's not the end of the world to use headphones with this laptop, but I want to be able to use the speakers as well. I have seen some conversation around accessing gitlab.com/asus-linux/reverse-engineering/cirrus-amp/ but this I'm not sure how I can go about installing this information here.

THIS SOLVED IT https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=383785 To quote:
SOLVED! no sound Asus ROG Strix Scar G512L So I fixed it by adding "options snd-hda-intel model=alc294-lenovo-mic" to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and rebooting!
I did the exact same thing, which is hilarious considering that there is no alsa-base.conf that exists there. Corrected the "modeprobe.d" to modprobe.d
