Can anyone help with why I'm getting a 12 second response time on pre-signed URL for an r2 bucket
I am using pre-signed URLs to access music files from an r2 bucket. Most of the time the r2 bucket responds very fast, in 200-300ms. But consistently about 5-10% of the time the r2 bucket will take 10-20 seconds to respond. The music files are a few MB in size.

I've tried recreating the error and I'm able to, but theres no consistent pattern to what causes it. It's seemingly random. This also happens on multiple buckets, for both song files and video files (video files are about 10-20MB).
