hello can someone help me with my pc it went from 1000fps to 290 max and fps drops from 240 to 20

Well ur lieing bc u didnt use to get 1000 fps Bc a 4090 and a 7800x3d even with over clocks arent reaching close To 1000

same its same for me did you try reinstalling
