At what length should my pants be?
I'm not sure if the way they are now is good or not, like should it get to your ankle when standing or when sitting or something else entirely?

Take better pictures. Phone at waist height down distance away, full length shot of you standing normally.
regardless of pic, there isn't a proper place your pants should be
depending on your outfit you can go for something longer with break, or cropped up with cuffs
we can prob tell you if it looks good with your entire outfit tho
