I want to know why I was banned, they even denied me the unban when I didn't do it
I was playing really well, after a while I quit, and the next day I came back to play and it showed me that I was permanently banned, I was so confused and I called support and they denied it.

so the game thinks you're cheating by just grabbing the thing
