i got the message "Since there is no further action to be taken by us on this issue and we have shared with you all the answers we can give you, I would like to regret that we cannot continue our communication through this ticket." what does this mean? i made a new ticket on the same situation and they just said this

meaning they cant and wont do anything about the situation (probably a "false" ban?)

i made a ticket because my account got locked for suspicious activity apparently
