Cant sumbit a ban-appeal
Hi guys i got recently perm ban on cw and wanted to type to support, but i couldnt sumbit the ticket cause the bot says i already have ticket. So i just wanna know if this is some kind of bug or smth like that, ty :)

maybe ask some staff when they're in general chat if they could see if there's any ticket of yours... if not then your account is an issue to the ticket bot
