So when i try op myself on my lobby server i get kicked and thats all

What software is the backend server running? Paper?

If you disable all the plugins on the server (or just rename the plugins folder temporarily so it won't load then), do you still have the issue?
so this issue came from the plugin votingplugin
since when i downloaded it
it started giving these kicks/errors
then ig dont use votingplugin
yeah but
i do want to use it
...
Does it happen with only voting plugin installed
If so, create a support ticket (or whatever) with them
