Vesktop not launching through Gamescope on deck-nvidia
As I stated, not only it crashes it also reboot Steam, I've tried disabling GPU acceleration yet it still doesn't work.

I don't know what is wrong but from the logs it says that vesktop is not finding the the xwayland server
when i use my igpu (radeon 680m) to render gamescope, no problem
it only arose when im rendering gamescope on nvidia

if it works on the igpu without any issue but is buggy on the nvidia gpu

on the desktop file but idk if that will do anything in gamemode
if you can just get vesktop to run on the igpu maybe that will solve it

vencord is just a user script that runs in the discord web client, any discord client that does not replace the web client (whicn i don't think many do) can have vencord
if you don't care about the filepicker for uploads you can also just build the latest stable for the nromal flatpak like I currently have

I endedup layering
flatpak-builder but it is suppose to work in a distrobox, it just takes cloning the repo and building it with those edits to the manifestby layering do you mean rpm-ostree &&install flatpak-builder&& ?

you can do
rpm-ostree install flatpak-builder --apply-live
you can remove it after so you don't have it layered anymore, you only need it to run the build the one timeah damn it i already type it without
--apply-livewell gotta reboot now

tbh ifit has not finished running you can safely stop it
it does not change anything until the end where it commits the changes to ostree
I would suggest you remove it once you have done the build, as keeping something layered when you don't need it will cause longer updates and maybe even failed updates if it can't install the package anymore. I highly doute flatpak builder will have that issue but still

They fixed the sharing bug
vesktop is still less ram hungry
better overall
as per #483 the flatpak is not shipping a version that has the fix -.-
that is why I had them install flatpak builder and package the updated stable discord themselfs
