Using Cloudflare is Very Risky! Fake Charges!

Our Dear Cloudflare offers various things for free but when you pay for a service they try to suck money like blood. Last month they billed me 390$ for 700k image transform on 19th December. I imidietly created a support ticket and later I had to pay becuse no one responded to the ticket. I had many production sites there and banning account would cost me more. I turned off the image transformation after 4 days and saw that the transform in last 30 days today showing 197k. But this month 19th January they billed me again 389$. How can I talk with support, looks like it's sucking my money. Support Ticket: 01319464 & 01353958
