GPD Win 4 can't resume from suspend
Hello all. I've just got a used GPD Win 4 6800u and installed Bazzite, and I'm having a good few issues. I'll be going through them in separate threads one at a time, and to start, I can't seem to resume from suspend. When I tap the power button, the rgb comes on, but the display never does. Can y'all help me out with this?

Edit: noteably, it just fell asleep on its own while in desktop mode, and it woke back up when I tapped the keyboard. When I hit suspend in the gnome power menu, it showed the usual symptoms and wouldn't come back up.

what do you use for TDP
@Kyle Gospo you didnt update the issue template. When you do, add
journalctl -b 0 | fpaste
or handheld daemon as the recommended report methodI've installed the HHD Decky plugin and GPD-WinControl, but i haven't fiddled with the tdp or installed anything specifically for that.
Nix decky first although that's probably not it
Make sure you're using hhd for tdp
not sure how to do that
i installed hhd decky with a script, i can see if it takes an uninstall flag?
ok no luck there
or did you want me to remove decky itself?
Hhd decky has not been supported since april
I'm happy you enjoy it
But it's time to switch to the overlay
i just installed it because gpd-win-tricks said i should
how do i remove it?
just read the install script, looks like i just need to delete a directory
sudo rm -rf "$HOME/homebrew/plugins/hhd-decky"
then systemctl restart plugin_loader.service
plugin removed, no change in sleep behaviorOk, now use the bug reporting tool in handheld daemon and drop the link here
Of the previous boot
Where in the previous boot it never woke up
Then switch to testing and retry
By using the update tool in handheld daemon
https://paste.centos.org/view/b326ad20
Switching to testing didnt help
That's from stable right
Thats a straight cut damn
you are very very lucky that i have the same bug on an 6800U
when did this start happening
it wasnt like that always right?
Yeah
Ever since I installed bazzite
Solution
Update your bios
Updated from v 3.00 to v 3.06, that solved it! Thanks a bunch!
