I'm not with the bazzite team, but I'd recommend grub customizer.
rpm-ostree install grub-customizer It's a graphical tool that lets you configure most aspects of the grub menu.thank u
what do you want to do
i want it to always show for some period of time and add a few entries
ujust reconfigure-grub to show
Then there's a command to reload it you can search for it in the discord
This will automatically find other options
