Soft, flowy, but not thin t shirt

Love my Uniqlo dry pack tee and abercrombie's relaxed essential tee in how they sit on my body/their proportions. However they are way too thin and my nipples poke through. Looking for similar fitting tees like pic attached but with a thicker material. Most problems I find with thicker shirts like with uniqlo's u line, cos, Carhartt etc is that they're too structured and are too rigid in their shape to sit on my body well. Sunspel got close to what I'm looking for but they're still too thin. Zegna is pretty much perfect but they're a thousand dollars. Are there any out there that matches my preferences? See pic attached for general fit/flow. Looking for something a bit more premium. 5' 10", 150 lb.
