Unfortunately I don't have a video so I'm gonna tell you how to do it and give you two types of super jumps
Type one:
You can do this super jump and jump high enough with 60 fps
You can also do it on console if you have keyboard and mouse maybe mobile too,
(First you have a high sensitivity)
Then you dash and at the same time you wanna flick your camera and jump at the right time
It may be hard to get used to but once you do it gets easier
(Also look down while doing the process)
idk how it works but it just does
Type two:
It's the same thing as type one except for the looking down part
(requires high fps)
The higher the fps the more higher you jump
(The minimum fps is at least 120+)
Or you can get an fps unlocker which makes it incredibly easier to do it
(This is suggested)

Oh I also forgot you would have to flick your mouse all the way which makes it hard to do a super jump in low sensitivity
It's not possible with controller sensitivity and idk about mobile
Why can't you change your sense ?
Just use a dpi cycle up on mouse software to do it easily
You can switch between super jump sense and normal
