how to fix lag on a low end laptop

i get like 60 fps not stable can go down to 40 i need extra extra optimizing bc i play in a laptop which i bought for school in 2020 sooo yeah i need like 120 fps :(.

U want 120 fps = buy new laptop or pc or if ur laptop is decent maybe u can optimise but I doubt it
