Are you using an external drive or an internal one different than the one bazzite is installed to?

Yeah I was using different game storage inside of steam

surely you could just tell me that is the issue without accusing me of doing something wrong. it doesn't seem unreasonable that someone would use ntfs to store their games especially since 99 percent of steam usage is on windows. https://docs.bazzite.gg/General/FAQ/ ctrl+f in the faq doesn't show a single mention of it. i don't understand why you would expect someone to just know this or expect the average user to read 20+ pages of documentation before using their operating system

If you read page one of mounting a drive it's listed right there at the very top as a warning I don't expect people to read 20 pages of documentation, just the one that is directly relevant to what they're doing But I will add it to the faq, good feedback

Well there's also the gigantic ginormous massive warning about NTFS at the top of the proton documentation So somehow you've just missed this for your whole gaming on Linux career That's not on us by the way, that's from Valve Anyway, I will add this to the FAQ Thanks for the feedback
