VAN9003 error pls help
I need help I previously had a VAN9003 error I looked for a tutorial on youtube, opened bios and made sure 'secure boot' is 'enabled' and 'bios mode' shows 'UEFI'. But I tried to open valorant twice now and restarted a bunch of times but it keeps getting stuck on loading screen... The pc I'm using is brand new idk if I need to change anything else because I am clueless about this stuff..

My friend has the same problem and we tried literally everything... We contacted Riot Games at this point

Open the game and press F11 on ur keyboard once when the loading screen appears

After updating the graphics, did you get stuck here or the loading screen?

Then open the game
Press F11 when the loading screen appears and confirm that u r in windowed mode
They were unchecked to begin with..

just so you know I tried installing it on a different pc and it seems to have the same issues even though the drivers are different so I don't think it could be the drivers fault

It froze after I pressed alt+f4
It's not really a crash it's more like the whole game freezes and I can't do anything to close it either cus then I can't open it unless I restart

It worked for 2minutes and once I alt f4 it didn't work and after the restart it died again

And also for a new PC with a good graphics card as it was working it would lag A LOT

Today I will be out so I can't try doing anything. My dad said that it could be the fact that it was on windows 11 to begin with and it didn't update from windows 10 like it was on my very bad laptop that I could play valorant on before. So he will try getting it back to windows 10 though I seriously don't know if that will work. I will see it later tonight.

I pressed F11 once it launched in Fullscreen and nothing happened it just stayed stuck on loading screen again

My dad said he solved it. It was the windows 11! Because my laptop previously had windows 10 and valorant already installed before the update to windows 11 that's why it worked there and not on my new PC.
