Skin refunds
So let's say i want a skin refund,i upgraded it using radianite and even played with it. Can i still get a refund?
And if its a issue because i spent radianite and i wud ask about it,what if i dont want the radianite and all i want is just the vp, can i still get a refund?

once you upgrade and/or use it in game you cant refund it anymore
