Nameserver Cycle of pain
My grandfather purchased a domain for his business from cloudflare, and on his dashboard, it says it needs to change the nameservers. When I go into my dashboard, I can see the domain, when I go to manage domains, its not there. I cant figure out how to change the name servers. It wont let me add them on the DNS record until the current ones are removed, but I dont see any way to do that. PLEASE HELP my uncle was the developer on the site before his passing and i really dont know how to fix this, we cant afford to pay for business support. Thank you in advance for your time.

So, to confirm, this domain is registered with Cloudflare Registrar?
Hi! Yes it was purchased with cloudflare, Im not sure if it's registered or not, njtrialconsulting.org is the URL

I know, it needs to be grace and Jay. But when I go to “manage domains” I don’t see anything
I can’t see a domain, or name servers. I can’t add the new nameservers without getting rid of the old
It looks like it is on a different account
So you need access to that account to manage it
Oh boy. My grandfather is an old man, there’s no telling how he did this
If you are able to message me directly, i’d pay you for your time, this has been such a headache. All started because his site got hacked and he lost most of his business because of it, we’re trying to rebuild the site, it’s all he has

If you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/domains/, do you see the domain? Do you see the invoice if you check your billing?
we found the email;!! he was logged in as apple by mistake
