this looks like other people reported you "Exploiting", so maybe if you don't have evidence, you'll still be banned

If you have evidence or somthing like a vid what you can proof yourself, just create another acc, join to this dis server and create new ticket (only if youn't was cheating). My guy, im just trying to help you, if you really was exploiting in the game, nothing wha we can do and accept that you got caught in 4k lol
