Using custom SSL with Advanced Certificate Manager

Hi, I am planning to use Cloudflare Pages with custom SSL (not from Let's Encypt). From what I understand, instead of subscribing to business plan, we can do it now with Advanced Certificate Manager. Please correct me if I am wrong?

Depends what you mean by "Custom SSL" Advanced Cert Manager lets you issue certificates from other Authorities then Let's Encrypt, currently ssl.com and Google Trust Services. These are still 100% managed by Cloudflare and you can't get the private key or anything You still need Business or higher to actually upload your own certificate, that you issued/created externally. https://developers.cloudflare.com/ssl/edge-certificates/custom-certificates/

Custom certificates are meant for Business and Enterprise customers who want to use their own SSL certificates.

Ah I see, so if we want to get the private key, we still need business plan then. Thanks for clarifying @Chaika

Worth noting: Business plan lets you upload custom certs, which you would have the private key for. It doesn't let you get Cloudflare issued certs private keys
