Vanguard user mode service taking up all my network bandwidth

First off, I have bad wifi. However, until last week, Val was running perfectly with <30 ping consistently. On the 7th, the game crashed once and after I restarted I had insane ping (300+). The task manager shows "vanguard user mode service" taking up all my network bandwidth (which I cannot afford to lose because I already have shitty internet). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Vanguard, Valorant and Riot but to no avail. I've tried tons of other fixes online and with the support team helping but none have helped. The only thing that helped so far has been to use NetLimiter to limit vgc's bandwidth but that leads to VAN 185 and VAN 84 error codes every 10-20 minutes. If anyone has faced a similar issue or if anyone might know something that might help I'd really appreciate your help!

I also have this damn van 185 error, I'm in Vietnam and like you said if I use another internet access application running parallel with valorant, I crash vgc I have submitted a support ticket to riot but the result is still the same, after trying everything I think my home network is the problem causing error 185
