Cannot update cache rules
When I update a cache rule I keep getting the error "not entitled to use the custom cache key override" even though I'm not using cache key at all. How can I fix this? Just clicking "Save" on an existing rule with no modification also lead to this error for me.

Sounds like you might have had used the feature in the past, and are stuck with a rule using it now? Easiest way is probably going to be to find the rule using it and delete/recreate it
