Help with mods

Hi, it's the first time I use mods and I feel like I've followed every step to install infinite nudge but it just doesn't work in-game... I tried reinstalling the mod manager, rebooting the PC but nothing... Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Solution:

You've disabled the mod, click the pause icon to turn it into a play (and the mod won't show as grayed out)
