Unable to upgrade to pro.
I'm aware this is a billing issue but I've contacted support twice in the last 3 weeks with no response. Whenever I try to setup my domain with the pro plan it gives me an error and redirects me to the support page. If I try to select the free plan it says I need to pay my outstanding balance in the billing tab but no such balance exists.

thought that may be the case but it is still extremely agravating to not get any response in 3+ weeks
