game freezes every 10 seconds, how do i fix this?

this issue remains even if i end i end all tasks in task manager, my pc freezes every 10 seconds outside of valorant until i restart my computer

alright head over to C:\Users\account\AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config
then find your account
scroll down and set your sg.ShadingQuality to 0, sg.ShadowQuality to 0 as well
lower your sg.ResolutionQuality to 85-95 (this will make your game look crispy asf but will improve fps)

not at my pc atm but i'll lyk when i do try
also try playing on fullscreen and lower your res since windowed isn’t really the best option
using fullscreen, just turned it off so i could tab faster for rn
you can also try seeing if you’re having errors on realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller thru event viewer > win logs > system
u search for the realtek driver with ctrl + f
