Close evry valorant,riot client and vanguard related apps/services
Open control panel
Uninstall programs
Uninstall riot vanguard
Open cmd as admin and type these commands:-
1) sc delete vgc
2)sc delete vgk
Navigate to ur C drive then program files and find vanguard folder and delete it.
Then open riot client and click update
Restart ur pc after the update.

You will very likely still get this error, even with cheats installed, if secure boot is off.

this restriction is to prevent cheating by ensuring some options in bios are on
if you had some clues about what you are talking about you would know that
try enabling IOMMU in your bios, it is located in :
Overclock (OC) -> Advanced CPU Configuration -> AMD CBS -> IOMMU (set to Enabled)

The fix to this situation with MSI is very simple
It's to turn on the FTPM in your CPU
Not a discrete TPM chip
But FTPM in CPU
But you can't do this, because we both know you're a cheater and you're already been ftpm banned
You can even ask riot support, they will tell you the exact same as I've told you
So your options are buy a new mobo
or buy a new cpu for the ftpm
And stop using shitty cheats ofc

you can try making your own secure boot keys if you’re really dedicated but I have no one to test it on so it might not work

Most likely ur tpm id is banned as said by AB above and it's the one in ur processor so it's not gonna work unless u get a new cpu

This is all related to the MSI security breach. Some keys got leaked and so now Riot requires some MSI users to have tpm enabled in their CPU. I don't know the exact technicals behind it, but I think Riot have some way of knowing if certain MSI boards are spoofed and if they are, they require CPU tpm. For most legitimate players, just flashing their bios is enough to fix it. But for cheaters, CPU tpm is the only way.
So if you were a legit player I apologize, but I doubt it
