Getting a bunch of wine dependency errors while running rpm-ostree upgrade

I don't understand why this decided to happen, I didn't mess with Wine in any way I just can't upgrade now

Butting in here because you mentioned layering, what does it mean? I want to install some Windows software and they require Wine, but I am getting the error that Wine is missing, Wine commands in the terminal do nothing. I tried installing the flathub version and it put my machine in emergency mode. Was that layering gone wrong? I do not know how to fix that so I ended up doing a Bazzite reinstall to fix it, fresh enough system and new to Linux. My goal is to get Wine to be recognised in the terminal and work as a dependency for things I'm installing via the terminal.

Use Lutris If you need stock system wine, use distrobox Wine should not be layered under any circumstance
