how to use Argo Smart Routing with spectrum?
Argo Smart Routing is optimizing 0.0% of requests to your origin.
I have connections running with spectrum but ASR is not optimization the connections?

If you're Enterprise, when you make a tcp/udp/http/https app, it's just an option to enable:
(might be an addon for ent)
If you're using non-ent spectrum it's not an option you can configure. If you look at the network call for
spectrum/apps , argo is a property on each app
not sure what it would default to, and I don't have a non-polluted pro acct to test with. Could try and see what you get.
Argo Analytics are probably just going to be http requests
