i cant turn it on for some reason , its on costum but still shows me its off and tried switching it to standard , nothing cahnged .

Ensure that secure boot is on standard, and check your BIOS’ advanced mode.
Some BIOS will separate Secure Boot and secure boot mode so even if it’s on, it’s not in the right “mode” for valorant, or vice versa.

Put OS Type on Windows UEFI mode
What does EUFI DO ?
Other OS means that secure boot is configured to allow booting into other operating systems. Windows will still work on that mode but Valorant won’t.

Open key management and send ss rq
So EUFI won't restrict anything while other os restricts valorant for example
Windows EUFI mode is a secure boot mode where it’s configured to securely boot into windows only, there are programs to allow it to run other OS (even while still dual booting) but valorant requires that
