Console mouse problem
When I use keyboard and mouse on my console my cursor moves up and down on its own

That's a general Roblox bug on console so ya just have to wait till Roblox fixes it

I had the same problem playing with controller, the solution was to uninstall roblox and install it again.

Ehh you could try but I've never thought of that so I'm not sure
I tried it multiple times and it only reduced lag a bit but didn’t change anything regarding the shift lock

but other than that it either depends on the Roblox game or the roblox version
I believe, so your out of luck I guess unless Roblox updates and fixes it one day but I doubt that...
