Taskbar Color
I'm looking for a way to change / update the taskbar color with administrator with a C# Console. Is there any way too? Or, if you cannot change the taskbar color, maybe make it fully black?

just the taskbar, there probably isnt a hacky way
but you can set color prevelance in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize which makes the taskbar plus some other things the same color as the accent color
and then you can just set the accent color
