Just need support - tickets don't seem to get replies to email.
I just need to ask a question, but all I'm learning from the help center is that people aren't getting an email saying their ticket was answered. I need to get an EPP code emailed to me but due to the domain now being connected to wix (but not transferred) I can't manage anything to do with that domain. I literally just need to talk to a human why is this so hard?

Anyone can submit Registrar tickets and they all should be eventually answered. Wix being connected shouldn't prevent you from getting the epp code, if you go to Domain Registration -> Manage Domains -> Manage -> configuration -> Transfer to another registrar section, you don't see "Unlock" or "Get code" if it's already unlocked?
What I don't see is the domain under manage domains, unfortunately

Cloudflare's not the registrar and thus would be unable to provide you with the epp code.

Cloudflare's just the dns/authoritative nameservers for that domain
Ah ok, that clears up a ton, I'll contact them when they're open and see if I can get this ironed out. They didn't give me all the information prior, so I was going in circles a bit.
