Why is the playit.gg address im given considered an invalid address
Im trying to get my server to the point my buddies can connect. Found playit the share address given wont even try to connect just tells me invalid address
As for my connection im using a mobile hotspot repeated by a travel router (which I orginally tried using to port forward) not sure how much of an affect it would have but figured id mention im also on bedrock
Any help at all will be greatly appriciated

try ngrok. It usually does the thing. Not sure whether it works with mobile hotspots, but at least give it a shot. It is a cli tool, so you will need a command. If I remember it correctly it's ngrok -tcp <your-server-port> . Not sure, better check on that one.
Appriciate it, I'll give it a shot and report back
ngrok has 1 gb bandwidth limit but does work for testing and a very small server
FYI Ngrok requires a credit card now
and that ^^
Not free?
free but it needs a cc
Odd but alright
its a fraud prevention thing
Update cant do it my debit card is considered a prepaid card and wont let me
are you including the port at the end when you're trying to connect? the playit address should look something like 91.pl.gg.it:20195
Ok I feel like I found a solution or more I was just being dumb I kept following tutorials thinking the server setup for bedrock and java are the same on playit but there appearently not completely the same im gonna try it soon
